Daniel Tinkov was born on 22 noember 1987 in Sofia. He's the the first child from a family of usual Bulgarians. His clan is from Aegean Macedonia, but afte thе Second Balkan War they were throught out by the Greeks, then Tinkov's ancestors setteled in the city of Dupnitsa, region of Kiustendil. They migrated to Sofia in 1945.

Daniel has graduated OU "Graf Ignatiev" and after that 56 SOU, subject "Information Technologies". In 2005 started work as "Operator of Data Base" in small French company, then worked as a juniour expert of the quality control in an American company.

In  june 2007 left it and together with a comrade from the Alliance have created a frim for consult services. Daniel Tinkov is member of the Bulgarian National Alliance (BNS) since three years, now is leader of the Finance service of the Organisation.
